There are four quick ways to check your Tracfone balance:

1. Text message: Send BALANCE to 611611
2. Phone dial code: For smartphones, dial *777*1# (also written as *777*1#)
3. Online: Visit tracfone.com/balanceinquiry or log into My Account
4. Mobile app: Download the free Tracfone My Account app (available for Android and iPhone)

Display balance on your home screen: After installing the My Account app, you can add a balance widget. On Android, press and hold the home screen, select Widgets, then add the My Account widget. On iPhone, swipe right from the home or lock screen, tap Edit at the bottom, and add the Tracfone widget.

Note: Your balance shows talk minutes, text messages, and data separately on smartphones. Also check your Service End Date—this is when your service expires, even if you have minutes remaining.

To turn off your TracFone’s flashlight:

1. Quick Settings toggle: Swipe down from the top of your screen once or twice to open Quick Settings. Tap the flashlight icon to turn it off.
2. Camera app method: If there’s no toggle visible, open your Camera app and ensure the flash is set to off or auto (not on).
3. Check notification shade: Pull down the notification bar fully—some models show the flashlight toggle only when expanded.

If the flashlight won’t turn off:

• Restart your phone to reset the flashlight function.
• Check Settings > Accessibility for any flashlight alert settings that may be keeping it on.
