Hi Tabs. Can you please try using the old battery and plug it to charger. Check if the phone reacts by displaying it is charging. If it doesn't, have your phone checked. The charging port may be broken.

I'm afraid you will either have to factory reset the phone or flash stock rom. Factory resetting will result in deletion of all your personal files in the phone.

Go to camera settings, try adjusting white balance. Also, make sure there's no sticker protector on the camera cover.

While still in replacement period, I suggest that you take the phone back ASAP.

Tried looking for any online seller and found none. I suggest that you contact the seller and Firefly Mobile itself on where to get battery replacement.
