The coverage presents this as a software change as well as an update. The OnePlus 15 and Pad 4 are described as the first devices to transition to ColorOS, which the outlets frame as the end of OxygenOS. The reports do not say whether older OnePlus devices will follow, or when.
The rollout began ahead of OnePlus’s own timetable, but the coverage does not say why. One report notes that the AI photo agent is absent from this build. None of the three reports says whether it will be added later.
