BLU service center should cover that for you. Contact BLU to know how much does the repair cost.

I was having the same issue some months ago and I tried with another charger and it did not work, so I went and got it fixed, but now, less than two months later I'm having the same issue. My charger had become extremely slow and I used it while it was charging, the thing is my phone turned off and now it won't react. As I had changed the port or however it is called (the place where you plug it in) one month ago I doubted it was that so I said, well I'll buy a new charger. The thing is I did, I checked it was USB-C and everything, but my phone still won't charge. Should I take it to get fixed again? I really don't want to have to spend the money when I just did a month ago.

I solved my own question. The factory-issue charging cable that came with my BLU Vivo 5 had given out. I tested out a third-party USB-C cable and within 30 seconds my phone was able to be booted up again. If anyone is experiencing a similar problem, I highly recommend going to your local electronics store and asking to try out one of the USB-C charging cables before buying it to see if that is the source of the issue.

I had this same issue I had to buy another cord as the phone was (dead to the world). Had to buy another cord and It took about 20 minutes for the phone to even recognize the charge. I don't understand how a phone can be more dead than what the battery actually holds. I know for sure that I will not be buying this phone again. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I was to ask you if you have tried using a different charger. Be careful with using other than OEM USB-type C. I read some caused trouble on their phones.

just went to Fry's Electronics and got a new type c charge. and now its charging.

I have a similar problem. I tried my SIM card on a Samsung phone and it works fine. However, when I tried it on my brand new Blu 8x hd, I keep getting a message indicating that SIM card is missing

Hi Shelley. Which SIM card are you trying to use? Also, have you tried using the SIM with other phones?

Can you try transferring files from your BLU phone to other phone? Just to confirm if Bluetooth even works. If it still can't detect any device, then you should bring your phone to an authorized service center for check up and repair.

Todd have you tried this.

Try playing a video then press volume up key. If even after you max the volume still won't make a sound, I suggest having it check. You will need some repair on your speakers.

Me too my vivo 5 speaker not working anymore

Hi there. The SIM slot is on the back. Open the back cover and you should see the SIM slot between the camera and battery.

Hi mahlet. If you have tried charging using a different set of charger, I think the charging port or battery is broken. Please have your phone checked.

Is the charger working properly? Can you try using a different set of charger and try turning on the phone after 5 minutes of charging. Let me know how it goes.

Sorry but which BLU XL2? BLU Vivo XL 2 or BLU Studio XL 2?Assuming it's the BLU Vivo XL 2, have you ever dropped the phone? Maybe the home button is broken.

Try it again but this time make sure you have internet connection. Are you using any app for video calling?
