Motorola Moto G54

“The Motorola Moto G54 is a well-equipped entry-level smartphone at a fair price.”

“Albeit nothing far too impressive, the Moto G54 5G is still good enough to do the job. True, it might not have the brightest display, the best speakers, or the ideal performance. Still, it’s decent enough to meet your most basic needs. Undoubtedly, the unimpressive charging speeds may put some people off. The same goes for the overall camera quality. Additionally, it’s rather disappointing to see or, to put it more accurately, not to see an ultra-wide sensor. But we have to stay mindful of the device’s price range.”

“Motorola had a disappointing outing with the previous G53. Yes it was certainly affordable, but too many corners had been cut to reach its low asking price. Somehow, the smartphone stalwart has made dramatic improvements with the G54 5G, and dropped the price even lower. Virtually all aspects of the device have undergone complete revision, with the standout feature in my opinion being its display, which I reckon only the most seriously nitpicky could find fault with. Photography is still not the G54's forte, but as an all round smartphone experience, for the money, I don't believe you'll find better.”

“Offering 5G and 256GB of storage at a price well under £200, Motorola has come out swinging in the battle of the budget phones. The G54 5G may be cheap, but it doesn’t feel like it, and sensible decisions have been made to keep the price down.”
