Avoid

This is the worst phone I have ever had....never been dropped or damaged but this phone's key pad makes a buzzing sound and and screen goes blank all the time...and this is the second one. Had the silver razor before and had no problems.

I've had this phone for almost two years now. The only problem is, I make the mistake of shutting it too hard. Now whenever I'm talking, it will randomly reset on me. Or if I shut it too hard. Or even if I put it down roughly. It's an awesome phone besides that. Great features, I love the camera ...
