Sonim XP Pro

“The Sonim XP Pro is built to be a workhorse, and it is. Its rugged exterior ensures it can survive tough environments, while its processor provides enough power to handle most everyday tasks. Its robust 5G and Wi-Fi performance keeps you connected, and phone calls are easy to hear in loud spaces. While we appreciate these strengths, the XP Pro's dim screen, mediocre cameras, and limited battery capacity hold it back. It's also limited to Verizon users. We more highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy XCover6 Pro, which costs a bit more but has better cameras, a swappable battery, and works on more carriers.”

“Being different is only beneficial when there is sound reasoning behind the alternative approach. And, in some places, this phone is different for the hell of it. While I admired the tougher aspects and the powerful SoC, other features are less admirable.”
