Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T

“Xiaomi's Redmi Note 9T 5G smartphone offers a strong configuration at a low price. Leaving 5G aside, the overall package is still good, but the competition has a couple of things to say about this. But first, let's look at the additional advantages of the Redmi Note 9T: They definitely include the very enduring and quickly rechargeable 5,000 mAh battery, the solid IPS display, and the fast MediaTek SoC that puts other mid-range smartphones under decent pressure. In addition, there are good extras like VoLTE/VoWiFi, stereo speakers, an audio jack, and an IR blaster.”

“While not impressive in any way, all the core aspects of the Redmi Note 9T experience, like the display and performance, are solid and perfectly adequate. Xiaomi has even managed to throw in some goodies, like a decent hybrid stereo speaker system, 3.5mm jack, IR blaster, NFC, and an FM radio. Some compromises were made in the camera department, but even so, the Redmi Note 9T makes great use of the hardware that is present and produces surprisingly good shots. Battery endurance is solid all-around, proving that the Dimensity 800U can truly deliver next-gen connectivity while going easy on the juice. And you do get truly versatile connectivity, including dual standby support for two concurrent 5G connections, plus a dedicated microSD slot, as icing on the cake.”

“Xiaomi delivers once again with the Redmi Note 9T. Not only does it offer 5G on a budget, but it also gives fast performance, an impressive battery life and a clear and crisp display. It’s not all positive - the rear design isn’t anything that impressive, the 60Hz refresh rate is low and the side-mounted fingerprint sensor is rather glitchy. In addition, the camera isn’t the best when zooming, and textures are a little soft in portrait mode. In general, there are better budget options out there - though they are without 5G.”

“The Redmi Note 9T is a fantastic budget smartphone with a powerful (for the price) chipset. It’ll satisfy the needs of the average user interested only in using their phone to watch movies, browse social media, capture a few photos, and play a few games, all on a single day’s charge. The battery life is great, the device feels good in the hand, and the display is also more than adequate at this price point.”
