Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C

“The Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C ereader banks on its color screen, Android app support, and long battery life to offset its hefty price tag.”

“It's difficult to rate a product like the Tab Ultra C because so much depends on personal preference. However, while we believe the iPad is more versatile, it's hard to ignore the fantastic reading and writing experience of the Tab Ultra C, which greatly surpasses that of the iPad.”

“Ultimately, the Boox Tab Ultra C is in many ways the epitome of E Ink technology. It offers an impressive array of features with a display that transforms the device into a premium tablet that is more than the sum of its parts.”

“Digital reading and writing doesn’t have to be in black and white, and the Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C proves a little color on your ereader goes a long way. Comics and graphics novels get the respect they deserve on an ereader, but this 10.3-inch E Ink tablet doesn’t have a lot else going for it. Its rear camera for scanning documents is fine but feels superfluous and, despite a decent processor, simple tasks like page turns are slow. Ghosting and battery drain are also significant. Like its monochrome Tab Ultra sibling, this color E Ink tablet disappoints.”
