TCL NxtPaper 11

“The budget-friendly TCL Nxtpaper 11 tablet has a matte display that makes reading comfortable, but its sluggish performance makes for an otherwise underwhelming experience.”

“Like all cheaper tablets, the TCL Nxtpaper 11 has its pros and cons. The matt screen does what it promises and is good for some things like e-books and documents, as long as you’re in the right light. But performance is often not enough even for comfortable browsing, battery life is lacklustre, and the interface needs work.”

“This is a great e-reader, especially for comics and full-colour books, but its performance woes make it hard to recommend for normal multimedia use. With battery life that can't compete with a Kindle, though, its niche is pretty limited.”

“The TCL NXTPAPER 11 is a genuinely interesting cheap tablet, and we don’t say that very often. While its matte display and accomplished (if optional) stylus provides unique benefits to readers and writers, however, the NXTPAPER 11 falls behind its normie Android rivals on regular tablet tasks.”
