Hi Majinprince. You can try to factory reset the phone if you want. To do this press and hold power button and volume down button until the phone turns on. Press the volume button to select Recovery mode, use the volume up button to navigate between the options and volume down to select it. Choose wipe data/factory reset then choose Yes - erase all user data. Hope that helps.

Hi MT. I'm afraid you will probably lose all the information when that's fixed. I suggest you take the phone to an authorized service center. Maybe they have a way to extract files/info from your phone before getting it fixed.

With regards to phone freezing up, try to free up phone storage and then check if performance improves. With buttons pressing by itself, plug in the phone to a different set of charger, a perfectly working one. Check if it still touches itself. With flashlight suddenly disappearing, this I'm honestly not sure. Have you tried a simple restart?

Hi Brian. Make sure you have premium membership on Spotify. Open Spotify > create a playlist > add there songs you want to download. Once you have songs on that playlist, open it. There's the option on the upper part "Downloaded", tap on the toggle to have it on your phone. Keep in mind that these songs from Spotify can only be played using Spotify.
