Hi Julie. I highly suggest that you check the contents of the SD card from your PC or laptop. I had a similar experience where my phone shows my micro SD card was corrupted so I thought I need to reformat it from a PC and poof my files are still there.

Hi Hesham. Have you actually noticed it ring but not make a sound? Cause there was one time I thought this is happening to me as well, but actually I just no longer notice the ringtone. What I did was change the ringtone and start noticing it again. I hope that helps.

Hi Loopielou2755. Can you try browsing? You may be connected to a Wi-Fi network, but that doesn't mean the network has access to internet.

Hi Cristi. Open Clock app and go to alarms. Tap on one of the alarms you set, you should see  somewhere under the time the name of ringtone, tap on it to change it.

Hi XOXO. Check your phone for any notifications. One of your app probably did that.

Do you remember installing any app before this started happening? Also, when your phone vibrates, does it show any notification?

Checked the user manual of Alcatel Pixi 4 (5) and it didn't include a list of notification icons. If you can show a picture or describe, I will try my best to identify it for you.

Open a plain black image in full screen, if it shows a white dot, then that's a dead pixel.
