1st .. click on the : secure zone management .. click on both the section , the secure mode will be on.than click on home button. again go to setting and than to secure mode .on right side top click on delete secure mode.you will be able to use the dual app system.

Go to secure zone then go to settings in secure zone you will find option secure zone management click on it then click on more options you will find 2 coloms 1. Help and 2. Delete secure zone select 2 which delete secure zone and comes back to open zone

Few days back(may ba a Month) i bought lenevo k6 power phone but from last days i am not able to use the phone for even calling and also not able to access any app. and each attempt it starts hurdling with msg window as screen overlay detected. i already have followed the steps associated for resolution but could not succeeded. Can you suggest the way out.

goto setting->apps->select the gear icon -> draw over the apps ->select the app -> uncheck

Hi Ashish. If you are downloading from Google Play store, go to Settings > Apps > All > Google Play store, check if notifications are enabled.

While in home screen, press volume up key then if you see a bell icon beside volume bar, tap on it, choose All.

Your contact manager may have stopped. It could be a bug that has made your contact manager to crash. Thereafter the system will return to the last known stable version and display contacts as recent calls. So they are not calls that you did not make but the last calls you made with stable contacts manager. you can just reset to factory settings and it'll be as good as new,

I have same phone. When i upgrade to nougat many in my contacts were delete. Same like you call log became different. do hard reset and upgrade contacts manager to make compatible with nougat android.

If u instal d nw contacts manager d call log wll com bac 2 normal. See dat al ur contact put in d tym of unstable contact wll b dsapperd. U nd 2 sav contacts agen.

Hi Yoha. Keep in mind that pocket mode will only work when screen is off and the sensor covered. Can you tell us why you say it isn't working?

Only fingerprint starts working in lockscreen when pocket mode is enabled which should not happen. Other things like touch in lockscreen when covered the sensor does not work.

1.First press "the recent open apps"

2. Then remove "jio4Gvoice" app (stop this app)
