Nothing worked so I contacted Sony help centre and I was told the phone is still under warranty....happy days Γ°ΒŸΒ˜Β„ Thanks for taking time to reply

Thanks for your reply. Β Nothing happened when I tried charging it, I even bought a new charger just in case my old one was broken.

Yes I have and I get the same response it starts charging and gives the charging icon and then it stops. The other night I used a different charger and it said it was charging so I closed and shut down the apps on the phone and let it charge overnight but when I put it on charge it was on 36% and when I woke up even though the icon was on it was only on 10%.

Hi again. Looks like a broken charging port. Please take it to a service center for repair.

Hi carl,

thanks for your reply.

I didn't do anything before.

But, one thing I can sayΒ I had been usingΒ this mobile with very less internal free space (sometimes no free space) since it has only 1.5gb internal storage which is very less.

I had been getting this error for two months. Every time I used to master reset my mobile. I would have done master reset about 10 times in that two months period.

Now I have bought a new phone. However I had put aΒ sim inΒ my oldΒ phone(what we are talking about) and didn't use it for a month.(just using that mobile toΒ get messages on that number)

Surprisingly, It didn't showup any errors in past one month. But I am sure if I start using that mobile like updating/downloading apps, surfing the internet will end up with getting the same issues.

PleaseΒ  help me to solve this issue.

And you mentioned I would need to reinstall flash rom. Can I do that ?

Hmm.. That's odd. Observe the phone if the issues starts happening again. Yeah, I think flashing stock rom will help. Check out this page to know how: click here

Hi Ahsonli. Have you tried using the device with other phones? Just to confirm it's working properly.

Hi Cj. According to their official website,Β The iHere 3 app can track any iHere’s signal up to a 75-foot radius. And kudos for this move of keeping your bike safe.

Hi PMale. Warranty terms may differ on where you bought the phone. Usually, the phone has 12 months of warranty starting the day you bought the phone. Do you still remember when you bought the phone?

Hi Kieran. Have you tried using a different set of charger? Maybe it's the charger broken. If you already did that, it's best to have your phone checked. The charging port is probably broken.

Hi Liam. Yeah, that should be covered by warranty. If I were you, I'd visit the store where I bought the phone and let them check the phone for issues.

Hi Kanak. It's normal. That's why it's best to take a break from time to time.
