Huawei P30 Pro

“The Huawei P30 Pro is an excellent smartphone if you are prepared to spend big. The device will not let you down if you do though, and has great cameras with battery life to match.”

“While photography is the Huawei P30 Pro's forte, it still excels at everything that you'd need from a modern smartphone - design, screen, performance and gaming, even battery life. It may not be without omissions, but those are much easier to forgive when you have that many strengths.”

“The P30 Pro does almost everything right, at least when you consider what most people expect from a top of the line handset these days. It has a great curved screen with very good palm rejection, top-shelf innards, amazing battery life, one of the best rear camera systems ever put in a pocketable device, and software that is fast and smooth.”

“The Huawei P30 Pro is absolutely still a good buy one year later if you want a great Huawei phone without caveats and/or an affordable photography powerhouse. Amazingly, there’s not a huge discrepancy in photography quality between it and the competition. In fact, the P30 Pro continues to be better than most. There are small gains moving up to the Huawei P40 Pro, but nothing game-changing. Plus the P30 Pro remains very competitive with a host of other Android flagships in terms of features and raw specs. The biggest drawbacks are the lack of 5G, slightly aged performance, and the standard 60hz refresh rate display.”
