Hi guys at some points the problem is not the phone its the app its self especially whattsp it can somehw disable the video calling/audio sharing and pics also,juat go on ur whtspp settinga and tick on those 4boxes then try again

You could delete sound recording on Huawei P8 Lite with factory reset.Your smartphone already comes along with a factory reset choice. When you select it, a process will take place that will ultimately place your device in its initial state; therefore, there will be no past data present and device will be like "New".

Hi DougB. Which sound recording app are you using? There's an option on the sound recorder app to delete previously recorded sounds. If you see them, try tap and hold and see if a pop-up menu with Delete option shows up.

Open Contacts > Tap on the contact you want to call > Tap on the number of that contact that you want to call. Hope that helps!

Hi collen. Enter a number that you want to call, do you see a phone with video camera icon? If you don't then the phone doesn't support video calling.

How do I make a Video Call on P8 Lite?

Not an answer..but the same question! My p8 lite does not show incoming call on screen even when phone is ringing. I also get no " missed call" notification..cannot find a " call log", just contacts and dialer.

Hi mel. Sorry, what's a SIM lock counter? Are you pertaining to number of times you enter the PIN code? If I'm correct, check the pack that came with your SIM, look for the PUK code. If you can't find it there, contact your carrier to get it.

So what's the PUK code for? After you enter the wrong PIN at a specific number of times, your phone will now ask for the PUK code. Once you enter it, you should be able to reset the PIN code.

Don't you see any notifications? I'm also thinking this may be your phone syncing (emails, social network apps, etc.)

You can go to contacts or phones icon, w/c ever you prefer, then select the video logo.  These are mostly standards for Android devices.
