I bought this phone from Walmart in may 2015 as a replacement for my Nokia lumina that crapped out. The pros, easy to use straight forward, user friendly phone. Budget friendly for sure, I paid $70 on at&t network, but later switched to smart talk. I'm sure you could find it for half that or less...
