I'm not sure if it's the provider (Metro PCS) or the manufacturer. But, this phone is horrible. I am unable to send or receive calls. Frequent disconnects, frequently isn't able to send calls, frequent missed calls (right to voice-mail), very poor reception on the occasion that the phone works.. ...
