Hi John. Are you using any battery saving apps? Those apps can turn off your Bluetooth.

Hi Akshay. Replacing the motherboard will cost a lot. A lot that buying a new phone Motorola Moto G5 Plus will be a better option. Contact Motorola to know the cost of motherboard replacement as prices may depend on your location.

Hi Shubham,

They are proximity sensors which help detect distance so that the camera may focus faster. Check cpu z app, you'll find 2 options named rear proximity sensors.. the max distance they can measure is 10cm and least is 1 cm as you can figure out it is useful for macro shots.

There's an LED light near the earpiece that only works when your phone is charging from a very low battery level. Unfortunately, you can't customize it without rooting the phone first. But rooting the phone will mean voiding your warranty.

Sorry but you can't. But I think you can customize that if you root your phone.

According to a news article, the unlocked version will get update but not specific date on when. Since it was last year that the news was released, I'm optimistic it will come soon.

Hi Mujahid. Follow these steps to unlock bootloader. Keep in mind that unlocking will delete all your files and warranty will be voided. Good luck!

Hi Pauline. Are you alwayas connected to the internet and have a lot of apps using internet installed? That's probably what's killing on your phone. To save up on battery, lower your display's brightness and turn off all wireless connections (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, Mobile data).

Hi Mute. If you haven't tried using a different headphone, please do so. If you already did and all the headphone you tried won't work, take your phone back to the store where you bought your phone or to an authorized service center for repair.

Of course Jimbo. But I highly suggest bringing your phone to an authorized Motorola service center for battery replacement to keep the warranty intact (if there's still warranty) and also get an original battery.
