Critic consensus
“The good: The Nokia 2680 offers Bluetooth, a VGA camera, and an attractive, compact design. The bad: The handset has a clunky and slow menu interface. Its speakerphone quality is subpar. The bottom line: The Nokia 2680 doesn't offer the best menu interface or speakerphone, but the prepaid phone is a decent basic phone for occasional use.”

I've had this thing for 2 years and a half using Rogers prepaid. I broke the screen two times by dropping it/playing sports w/ it in my pocket--thankfully, it's really easy to replace the screen by ordering one off ebay for like 7 bucks. I have dropped it so many times there are dents all over it...
Do not buy this phone or be sucked in for a replacement by rogers. This phone is garbage, falls apart, back comes off battery falls out poor reception, cant here the conversation. ard to here it ring.cant see the display not bright enough, cant here the alarm clock all around junk, spend the mone...
I'm not fluent in gadget operation, so easy to operate is essential to me. 8 out of 10 for me. Camera can be very useful, it's easy to operate. For the price, I highly recommended it. It's definitely not an iphone but if you don't need those bell and whistle it's 1/10 the price.
In Depth
The Nokia 2680 is a durable slider with a well-appointed mid-range feature set. The 128 x 160 pixel display provides a competent resolution and the two-tone slide-out alpha-numeric keypad has contoured keys that make the most of the limited space.
With the 2680 you can text, MMS, send/receive email, take pictures and stay organized with its built in organizer and calendar. The 2680 also has a music player, FM radio, Bluetooth and speakerphone.
Available in Slate Gray, Night Blue, Orange and Violet, the Nokia 2680 offers over three hours of talk time and two weeks of standby time.
Pros: Durable, good sound quality, familiar key placement, nice feature set.
Cons: Screen resolution could/should be higher, camera only 0.3 megapixels.
Verdict: While the Nokia 2680 is certainly a capable slider, overall there are other phones in its pricing tier that afford better displays, cameras, and added functionality. However, for folks who enjoy a basic phone that is well built, the Nokia 2680 is a good value.
