Critic consensus
“Oppo does a lot of things right with its affordable mid-range smartphone, but there are also some things not done right. Despite the affordable price, the design is modern, even if the display bezels turn out relatively large. The list of hardware equipment is long. The A72 offers a very long battery life and a solid main camera that scores unexpectedly well particularly in the low-light area.”
“Oppo has stuffed a lot of phone into an affordable package with amazing battery life, a good screen, and decent main camera but it’s let down occasionally by sluggish performance.”
“The Oppo A72 certainly isn't going to disappoint you when you consider the amount of money you'll have to exchange for it – it offers decent camera quality, performance and battery life, though of course there are much better phones further up the price ladder.”
“Oppo has made a decent budget phone here with strong design, decent battery life and the best software skin the company has made to date in Color OS 7, but performance isn’t as good as we’d expect.”
