Critic consensus
“For less than 300 Euros (~$340), the Realme 6 is a particularly interesting device. The shimmering appearance and the luxurious camera on the back not only know how to impress, but the hardware is rock-solid as well, which is the more important part. Thanks to the availability of three memory configurations, the Realme 6 is available to prospective buyers with different budget constraints.”
“With only minor niggles, the Realme 6 is easily one of the best budget phones you can buy in 2020 offering attractive design, quad rear cameras and smooth performance. Not to mention this is the cheapest phone you can buy with a 90Hz display.”
“It’s not quite a must-buy but there’s a lot to like here. On the whole, the RealMe 6 feels like a tremendous improvement on where last year’s hardware and software fell short. I wouldn’t call it the best phone you can buy for under $500 and RealMe hasn’t quite escaped the shadow of Oppo but the brand’s latest wallet-friendly flagship shows serious signs of improvement.”
“Knowing the sub-$500 market well there is nothing to compare although its sibling OPPO has a compelling A91 with an AMOLED screen but its not a gamers device. Yes, it blows me away – not just because of the price but for its solid build, terrific camera and all the features you don’t expect. Add good warranty and support, and it seals the deal.”
