The competition has cheaper and/or better offers, and there is no place for the Realme 8 Pro among the €300 bunch. Maybe if Realme drops its price down to about €200-€220 - it would be a good alternative for those on the budget, but right now - it's a no-go. It seems Realme has lost its momentum over the past two years and is out of ideas for its popular mid-range series. Yes, there are a couple of new features, like the high-quality 3x digital zoom, but they are also some downgrades and obvious cost-cutting decisions, which aren't getting Realme any sympathies.”
