The system keeps freezing every time I try to open an app, my apps crash constantly, my screen freezes after a couple minutes of reading. I use the finger print password and it doesn't even unlock the whole phone, it still makes me type in a key code. I'll be listening to an audiobook or my music...
We got this for my 16 yo nephew and he loves it. Affordable price at Walmart and it was a must-grab. So Far so good, no complains except a few rare lags.

Agreed. TOTAL TRASH PHONE. Bought new the 24th of January '23, it's the 15 of feb, it's only really worked (being generous) the better part of 9-10 days with service.. only with has no bars... ..... Screen freezes sometimes back to back making anything pretty much force close current apps or restart them from lacking ram, and you lose everything you have been doing. Sometimes with in just seconds of recovering. messages, music, gaming,..just about everything that's not powering it down.I've Exactly the same complaints! soft bumps and drops can leave ghosted areas of impact. Won't respond until you turn screen off then on again so I highly Suggest disabling side button hotkey for camera and change settings/screen lock/instant lock off ..because I am say, opening camera while in free fire and you basically would save time just rebooting by hopdong power button...right then forece reboot with holding power.. just taste to reboot it sometimes ...
