Avoid

Screen cracks to easily, the charge input breaks and the screen goes out. Never should've released this piece of crap. Not a good phone at all. Even a phone at Walmart would be better than this phone! I would say dont buy.

Avoid

I think ZTE should have tested alot more before releasing this piece of junk in the market. Alot of the features work one time and not the next, no caller ID on bluetooth, it won't even send your ringtone to your bluetooth. VERY VERY BAD, a $30.00 phone would be more usefull than an Engage.
