I HAVE RETURNED AND BOUght the same phone 3 times thinking that the next phone would not freeze up.. and guess what .... IT FREEZES UP. I found out that many people across the web are having the same issue. DO NOT BUY!

Failed to charge 3 months after purchased. I bought 5 chargers...went blank never charged. Information says charger port known issue...i bought a replacement phone another 100. Piece of junk ZTE MAX XL....i always carry insurance...go figure it was removed

Hi Nikki. Are you using a microSD card? If you are remove both the microSD card and SIM card then try turning on the phone.
