Critic consensus
“As expected, Nubia focuses completely on gaming with the RedMagic 6S Pro. The spec sheet promises a lot of performance, and it is also the first of its kind to be equipped with a 165 Hz panel. The additional shoulder keys and the strong battery round off the overall package sensibly.”
“The Red Magic 6S Pro deserves praise for being a product refresh made by the book - it keeps its competitive position in its product category, and it improves its predecessor in several key aspects, all while selling at the same price.”
“The Red Magic 6S Pro is typical of Nubia’s mid-cycle refresh. It’s one of the very best gaming phones you can buy, but no-one who owns the Red Magic 6 will need to upgrade.”
“The RedMagic 6S Pro is an amazing phone for gamers but that’s about it. If you need to up your mobile gameplay performance, this is a great choice. If you want a phone that’s good at everything, give it a pass.”
