If you are pertaining to the latest generation of Apple iPad Pro 12.9, you can get one for $100 downpayment then $34.59 monthly for 64GB variant to $300 downpayment then $38.75 monthly for 512GB variant. Apple Pencil does not seem to be sold in a monthly basis. Better contact Sprint, maybe they can sell it to you together with an iPad Pro in an installment payment.
