Hi ARiaWibawa. Use a file manager app to move your media files, simply cut and paste the file to the external storage. With apps, some phones don't allow this so please check Settings > Apps, check if any of the apps you downloaded are movable. Keep in mind that some apps are really not movable.

Hi Jane. Try to reinstall the battery, works most of time. Let us know how it goes.

On home screen, tap the Phone icon then tap the dial pad icon on the bottom. Enter the number you wish to dial and press green phone icon to make the call. For more info on how to operate the phone, visit Acer Liquid Z220 page and download the manual. Hope that helps!

Try press and holding volume up key and power key at the same time 'til your phone turns on. Let us know if that works.

Hi Odirile. It is best that you take your phone to an Acer service center for repairs. If you want it cheaper, you can find parts online like this in eBay (link).
