I really wanted to get this phone.  Unfortunately, the bluetooth kept disconnecting from the car.  I did everything as per previous phones and to no avail.  Very disappointed with this and also it didn't recognise my music on the sd card following an update.

Same problem fo AUDI A5 and the problem is CAT S41 connection is very unstable suddenly no voice of other side 20-30 seconds and voice again, with Samsung S4 mini never problem

Hi Dennis. Have you tried connecting other phones to your car? Just to confirm if it's the phone or car Bluetooth causing the problem.

I also have the samo problem with subaru and citroen. So it's not a car problem - it's s41 problem.

I have updated software to the newest version (3times - 3 updates) and now BT works well.

I have a Volkswagen Passat, with the same problem, with a Categoria S41. 

My is also unstable with infiniti Q50S car. The audio also.

Hy. Unfortunately my mobile has just 10 months and has two problems. First the smesh speaker unglu and now the back buttom sttoped to operate. I would like to know if has one authorized service in Brazil? I would like to fix my Mobile because I like it a lot.

Did you do anything on the phone before that started happening? If you already tried restarting the phone and back button still won't work, I highly suggest having your phone checked.

Have you tried using a different set of charger? If you already did, then it might really be the battery. Have it checked again.

Hi Jackie. How's the storage of your phone now? If it's nearly full, try to deleting some files and uninstall some apps then restart your phone and check if performance improves.

Hi Adam. What were you doing before the phone froze? Also check phone storage, a nearly full storage can make your phone's performance decline and may resort to freezing.

Hi EricAK. I wouldn't suggest that. May accidentally damage the SIM pins. I suggest contacting the store where you bought the phone or Caterpillar directly and request for a SIM tray. I'm sure they can help you with that.

Hi Milos. Go to Settings > Sound & Notification > Vibration. I also suggest installing a vibrate testing app to check if vibrate still works.
