TCL Phone Reviews & Rankings

Hi Gregory. I highly suggest contacting the store where you bought the phone as they usually can repair or lead you to authorized repair centers. Good luck!

Unfortunately, the store is seven thousand miles away. I bought it overseas. But thanks for the replay. I appreciate it.

Hi Gregory. Try contacting local TCL authorized service centers, maybe they can help. Good luck!

Sorry, I meant to say: Does the REVVL 4 update to android 11. I've heard REVVL 4+ does, but I didn't know if the REVVL 4 did also.

Hi Ken. I looked around and didn't find any news on an OS update for Revvl 4.

I am trying to download from an SD card to my Tablet so that I can back-up my pictures on the micro SD drive in the tablet. Can I use a card reader through the USB port or is there another way. Thanks.

Hey Johnny. No need for an adapter. The Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 has a micro SD card slot (32 GB maximum capacity).

Hi Jared. Have you tried contacting TCL or at least the store where you bought the phone? I also suggest trying it with local repair stores, they sometimes have sources for these parts. Good luck!

Hi Frank. The TCL 403 does not have wireless charging capabilities

Hi Joe. A red light usually means the device needs charging. Let it charge for at least 15 minutes then try turning it on again.
