Coolpad Defiant User Manual

Hi ryan. When choosing a ringtone, do you see a + sign? You might want to try Ringdroid (link) really easy to use to setup ringtone.

Go into downloads and copy the ringtone file; then paste it into ringtone folder.

Is there an easier way?

Morning.  Can’t find speaker on cool pad phone.

Hi there. While on a call, do you see a speaker icon? Or are you using a different phone app?

Hi Stephanie. Did you install anything before that started happening? If you did, I suggest uninstalling it.

What caused it to be blown out? You should have it check by an authorized service center or the store where you bought, depending on the problem, warranty may cover the repair.

Hi Dave. Can you check the phone's storage? Might be full that's why the update won't proceed.

Hi Matthew. Try this: Go to the Dialer app > select Settings > Call Settings > Auto Answers, turn it off. Let me know if that works.

Try removing the battery for a minute then try turning it on again. If the phone still doesn't display anything on the screen, I'm afraid the screen is broken. Visit a nearby Coolpad authorized service center for repair.
