Why can’t I turn off silent mode on Doro 6030?

Go to settings- general- block function and check the box next to Silent Mode to turn it on or off. Then go back to settings- sound- silent and click on silent. choose on or off

Try removing one, restarting the phone and then install it from zero Make sure you save your important data before proceeding. If nothing works, a system restore to factory settings will get you space and a fresh start. Again, make you you save the info and you keep the passwords you need to restore your accounts.

How do you remove the battery cover from a Doro 6030
