Hi Andrew. Try deleting all your texts and move your photos to a PC then restart your phone to refresh memory. Make sure to check both SIM and phone storage for text messages. To change message storage, go to Menu > Settings > Messages > Storage. Let me know how it goes.

Hi Pat. Doro PhoneEasy 508 doesn't support emails.

Open Phonebook > Select a contact > Press Options > Choose Delete.

My Doro phone is saying SMS full and I only have 6 messages in my in box.  How do I solve this problem please?

Press Menu -> Phonebook -> Select a contact -> press Options -> choose Delete.

Hi Pat. Maybe your mom just doesn't notice it. Try changing to a ringtone that's more noticeable and make sure to max out the volume.
