HONOR X9e Pro

“The HONOR X9e Pro makes a compelling case for itself at RM1,899 . The 11,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 80W fast charging is the headline, and it genuinely delivers on the promise of all-day and into-two-day battery life that makes real-world anxiety around charging almost irrelevant. The main camera punches above the price, the AMOLED display is excellent for media consumption, and the overall build quality and design are premium enough that the phone does not feel like a compromise even when you know the spec sheet.”

“What you get in return is a phone that is unusually hard to kill, lasts for days on a single charge, charges quickly for its enormous battery and has a display bright enough to remain genuinely usable outdoors. All in, you’re still getting one of the toughest phones that money can buy, a slew of extra accessories to go with it and exceptional durability to boot.”

“Getting three real days out of a single charge, with proper heavy daily use and not some artificially light usage pattern, is not something I say lightly about any phone I review. Add in genuinely class-leading durability, a display that laughs in the face of Malaysian sunlight, and a camera that punches above what you’d expect from a “tough phone,” and the HONOR X9e Pro ends up being a lot more well-rounded than its rugged branding might suggest.”

“If battery life and durability are your priorities, the Honor X9e Pro with its 11,000mAh battery, 80W charging, large display and strong water and drop protection would be interesting. It appears a strong option particularly for travellers, outdoor users and anyone who spends long hours away from a charger. If the camera capability is more important, phones like the Vivo X300 or Oppo Find X9 will be a better fit.”
