“With each new model in the Chocolate series, we see continual improvements being made. The LG Chocolate Touch VX8575 continues the tradition with an updated music player, 3.2MP camera, HTML web browser, good call quality, and of course the 3” touchscreen. We still wish it were more closely based on the LG BL40, but the Chocolate Touch is defiantly geared more to the music lover. The music player is fun to use and we enjoyed its extra features, such as Join the Band, and the FM Radio. Overall, it is a worth purchase if you coming from earlier Chocolate models, or are looking for a uniquely styled touchscreen device.”
“If you're desperate for a touch screen phone and love your music, the LG VX8575 Chocolate Touch serves as a satisfactory follow-up to the LG Chocolate 3. But the phone doesn't stand out on Verizon Wireless' shelves in terms of innovative features, in fact, I've seen all of its features before. It offered good call quality and battery life, but its camera was mediocre at best, its touch screen wasn't as responsive as I'd like, and Web browsing was just shy of dismal. For $79.99, the Chocolate Touch a good phone for teenagers who want to load up their tunes for excellent music playback, fire off text messages, and do light Web browsing. But adults would be much better served by a more powerful smartphone like the HTC Droid Eris, which costs just $20 more (and requires a smartphone data plan), but provides a much richer Web browsing, multimedia, and messaging experience.”

I've had this phone for about 9 months, and I suppose it's okay. I'm a little biased towards my previous LG Scoop (which I loved, but then accidentally dropped in the toilet). I only bought the touch because my Scoop wouldn't work anymore. Bummer. The touch screen works well, although I'm just no...
