I've read of this before. Looks like a lot of LG G4 experienced boot loop. Even LG is aware of the issue. Check their statement here: click here

Have you tried taking a video using the front camera? If you haven't, can you try it and check if the video recorded is mirrored?

Best contact whoever repaired the phone. It may be their warranty seal. But as I have said, contact them to verify the purpose of that.
