LG Prada II

“The LG KF900 Prada will try to do everything for you and hey - it will come out right for the most part. To begin with, it's one of the most uncompromising all-inclusive upgrades we've seen in quite a while. The original Prada phone is improved down to the last bit of specs. A fluid and responsive touch interface, 5 MP camera, high-res video recording, lightning fast data transfers and Wi-Fi are a great treat, no doubt about that. But if you bought the first Prada, it was hardly the specs you were after. And it's probably not the performance you'd be keen to upgrade but looks. No, our problem is not that the design is 2 years old already. The new Prada stays reverently true to the original styling and we guess it tries to connect with the original following. On the other hand, the feature set implies a totally new target audience and it's exactly this inconsistency that questions the LG Prada's success. After all if performance is what you need - the LG KC910 Renoir goes even further and costs much less. Not to mention a few smart messengers that make the new Prada look like a damsel in distress, only without the happy end.”

“If you're after a fashion phone, the LG Prada 2 KF900 is one of the best so far. Boasting a responsive touchscreen and slide-out Qwerty keypad, we found the Prada 2 ideal for messaging. Keep in mind, though, that it doesn't have the app ecosystem of the iPhone, so what you see is pretty much what you get.”

“LG Prada 2 is definitely one of those weird devices that you wanna buy and then change your mind, and then wanna buy it again. Prada 2 is another proof that LG really takes into consideration all the feedback it receives from its users and continuously upgrades its proprietary interface. In my opinion, the only drawback of the phone stands in the obsolete design, which doesn't manage to attract people the way its predecessor did 2 years ago.The GoodThe most impressive feature of the phone is the improved Flash UI, which has received a wide range of settings and tweaks. LG concentrates on user-friendliness like never before and, what's more important, the results are positive. Including some high-end features such as the HSDPA, the 5MP camera, an excellent music player and Radio FM is a good idea, which will broaden the phone's target. The BadI have always thought that LG phones are slow, compared with all other brand handsets. Prada 2 is no exception to this fact and this can be annoying for businessmen, who are looking for fast-reacting devices. While the problem is major, I think that the solution it implies is pretty easy and doesn't require too much of a cost.”
