Yes by applying pressure it works. But again stops on releasing the pressure.

Hai...I had same problem,I found that the Truecaller app installed in my phone was blocking those missed call notifications..The solution is..Go to settings,sound & notifications.. Notification access..Block all apps that can read it notifications

It will be best to have it checked. There's obviously loose connections inside your phone that's why flash isn't working properly.

Hi Mahesh. Have you tried simply restarting your phone? Also, try to lower your brightness. 

Does it open on a page of an app? It might be caused by one of your apps. Check which app you installed/updated before that started happening.
