Samsung Galaxy A05s

“Samsung has put in some extra effort to update the Galaxy A05s this year. We appreciate the move to FullHD+ for the display resolution, the noticeably higher 128GB onboard storage (though still eMMC), the higher resolution and 1080p selfie camera, and the move to 25W charging. All of these are valuable and noteworthy upgrades over the Galaxy A04s.”

“The Samsung Galaxy A05s is a solid entry-level smartphone in the price range of up to 200 euros, but like its predecessor, it does not stand out from the competition.”

“After thoroughly examining the Samsung Galaxy A05s, it’s evident that Samsung continues to redefine what’s possible in the realm of budget smartphones. The A05s stands out with its impressive display, sporting a 6.7-inch Full HD+ screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, providing a smooth and visually appealing experience that’s uncommon in its price range. The build quality, while predominantly plastic, is sturdy and aesthetically pleasing, offering a design that feels more premium than its price tag would suggest.”

“It’s difficult to recommend Samsung’s cut-cost Galaxy, largely because there’s a balance of features that ultimately doesn’t seem to pay off, and it’s surprising. Frankly, we’re more surprised the phone made it out of quality assurance and testing at all, simply because of the lag the phone delivers.”
