Hi Mahesh. Did you install any locking apps? I think one of your apps may be causing this.

Open Settings > Application Manager > look for Camera > Clear data. I'm thinking you may have adjusted some of the camera's settings accidentally.

It's water resistant. But still, I wouldn't put that in the water. I'd like to think water resistant is there in case of accidents. But putting it in the water purposely is something I won't do.
