Then why does. It show on Internet as 4G and even when we bought it we were told it's 4G what is this?  I have bought jio sim now!

Hi moewathan. I suggest that you install apps like Easy OTG Checker (link) to know if your phone supports OTG. If it does, then simply plug in a USB OTG drive to your phone and open file manager app to access content.

This Samsung Galaxy e7 does not support OTG.
