Hi Aida. Hmm.. That's odd. Was there a change of phone plan after the contract ended?

Hmm.. I suggest trying other chargers, maybe the charger you are using has worn out. If it still won't charge properly after trying other chargers, please have your phone check. You may need to replace the battery or charging port.

Are you connected to the internet and have a lot of apps using internet like social networking apps? If that's correct, those apps help in draining your battery. But 3 to 4 hours is still ridiculous, I think. You should take your phone to a service center, replacing the battery is a good idea. Please stick on using the original battery.

Looks like you're not the only one. Have you contact Samsung about this issue? If you're still under warranty, I suggest doing it ASAP. For the mean time, I would suggest using a case, better if it's a clamshell type of case.

Hi Michele. I have no personal experience on Galaxy Note 5, but how did you update your phone? Also, have you tried doing a simple restart?

Hi there. When was the phone bought? If you're still within the 1 year warranty, I suggest that you contact the store where you bought it to know if the problem is for repair or replacement.

Yes, your phone is still covered by warranty. Take it back to the store where you bought it or contact them first to know how they handle warranty claims.
