Critic consensus
“After a little extra consideration, the Plus can still make a compelling case for itself against the S20. The significantly larger display may be enough for the right customer, while carrier subsidies could shrink the price difference from the nominal $200/€100 to something more appealing.”
“The Galaxy S20+ is no everything phone - there's the Ultra for that. Instead, it's a more restrained high-end device for those capable of moderation instead of striving to have it all. We knew that from the get-go, but spending extra time with this one has allowed us to appreciate its strengths and more or less turn a blind eye to its weaknesses as you get used to them. Not really a standout phone at the time of its release, the mid-size Samsung flagship of 2020 may end up being a more sensible buy in 2021.”
“The Samsung Galaxy S20+ uses tricks to hide its camera weaknesses. Its great screen still makes it worth a look, though. In short, you should look elsewhere if you want the best camera smartphone. Staying loyal to Samsung will reward you with a high-quality flagship that can convince with its Wi-Fi, good call quality, decent GPS accuracy, impressive build quality and serviceable battery life.”
“The phone offers excellent display quality, good real-world performance, class-leading device smoothness with the optional 120Hz mode, a generally great set of cameras with excellent image quality in most situations, a feature-rich user interface, and pleasing design with great ergonomics. It does have some notable negatives such as less than stellar battery life, issues with the power impact of the 120Hz mode, the efficiency disparity of the Exynos 990 SoC, and an (often) finicky ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Overall, it’s clear to see that for flagship phone buyers, its list of positives outweighs its list of negatives.”

Hey Chris. I wonder, can you try using the same SIM on a different phone? I'm thinking maybe it's the phone's antenna that is broken.
