To access contacts on your phone is a little challenging since files like contacts and messages which are saved in the internal memory on SIM card can't be easily accessed, let alone transferring contacts from Samsung to Samsung phone. But this Mobile Transfer software actually makes it as easy as pie! With this software, you are free to transfer contacts from Samsung to OPPO R11, as well as other files like photo, videos, music, apps, text messages, call logs, apps, eBooks (PDFs and ePubs).

Have you ever sync your Android data with Google account for making a backup? If you have, you must know that these backed up files are able to be restored back to the device. So in this case, you could try to sync the contacts on the samsung to Google Drive and then restore them to OPPO R11.

Hi Peter Baker. Since the phone doesn't have quickcharge technology like the flagship phones released lately, I think RAVPower 3-Port (26800 mAh) is ok. The size seems just right for me, not too bulky.

Try reinstalling the battery then plug in the charger. If it lights up, try turning it on.

Try to remove the battery for a few minutes then try turning it on again. If it still won't display anything, I'm afraid the display is broken. In that case, It will be best to bring the phone to service center for repair.

Hi Andy. Are you pertaining to charging? Check the USB adapter, it will indicate if it can support 220 volts. Though most chargers now support 110v and 220v.

Hi John. May I suggest that you try using a different text messaging app? There's a lot free to download on Google Play store.
