I had the Galaxy s3 at first then I got the galaxy s6 about 2 years after and had no issues with it until sometime in 2015 when a new update came through my s6 and I updated it not thinking that something was going to happen; I was wrong. Any type of media I play Samsung music, YouTube, sound cloud, Netflix etc. it would play but then randomly stop and then I have to press play. Its like almost the phone has fingers! I've done everything known to man; reboot the phone over, clear cache, wiped out the phone completely and download the apps again but it still give me the same issue. I've used my Wi-Fi at work and at home and not my T-Mobile Wi-Fi and it does the same thing! At this point I'm starting to thing that Samsung is tampering with the Galaxy just like the IPhones and I'm really hoping that not it cause I do not like IPhones at all.  I really need a solution badly cause this has been going on for way too long and its frustrating.

Hi Mark. I used to experience this on my phone (not a Samsung Galaxy S7). Later I found out it was because of my damaged earphones. I tried using a different one and songs never stopped again. I suggest that you try using a different earphone.

Do you remember installing anything before that started happening? I suggest that you go to Settings > Application manager > All, check all the apps. If you see an app you don't remember installing, research about it. Let us know if you find what's causing that.

Hi aamir.palash. Can you tell us what app that is? Did you install it from Google Play store or from an unknown source? I'm afraid what you have there may be a malware.

Hi Ang. Are the voicemails saved on your phone? Otherwise there's no need to transfer. If you move your SIM to another phone, you can still check your voicemail. Which carrier are you with?

My boss had this exact same problem on his new phone. I looked @ his phone: he had put his case on upside down, covering the mouthpiece. As the previous person suggested; remove the case and see if that solves the problem. The case may not be the correct fit or may have been put on incorrectly. Check to see if anything is blocking the microphone.

Hi Steve. Unfortunately, you can't. Currently, Spectrum Mobile is unable to support phones that are purchased independently or through other carriers.

Hi there Shawn. Have you considered letting your TV connect to your phone's hotspot? And connect them from that using Chromecast or depending on what you're trying to stream there.

Hi Tony. Go to Settings -> Accessibility. Look for TalkBack and enable it. With that enabled, you will need to double tap every actions you make and use two fingers when swiping. Hope that helps!

Hi Corey. Go to the folder you want to hide, edit the name and add a dot before the first letter. Let me know if that works for you.

Hi Gengie. Samsung Galaxy S7 has 12 months of warranty. Unfortunately, if you don't have phone insurance, you will pay for that broken glass on the display of your Samsung Galaxy S7.
