                  I have tried everything. I have even factory reset it.

It is a hardware problem. I have been a samsung loyal; never faced such problem, but it has finally dissapointed me.

Hi Khulan. Which carrier are you with and where did you buy it? I believe the option may have been hidden on purpose by the carrier.

Check if data saver is on or if mobile data is turning off when phone is asleep.

It doesn't matter. Use it as soon as you receive it or charge it. Doesn't matter anymore. Personally, I use the phone right away after purchase.

Keep in mind that system files also take up storage that's why you will never be able to use the full storage capacity advertised. Now, since you're just 45 GB out of 64 GB, can you restart your phone first to refresh the storage then try downloading again. Are you using a micro SD card in your phone?

Hi laurent. If you are having problems with internal memory, I highly suggest taking the phone to an authorized Samsung service center. This is safer and to avoid any further problems on the phone. You can contact Samsung first to get a quotation on the repair. Good luck!

From what I read from Samsung Galaxy S8+ with Sprint, it's a software issue. Take your phone back to the store where you bought it. Good luck!

Looks like you can't yet. According to a Boost Mobile agent, Samsung Galaxy S8 is not available from their network yet, so I guess it's safe to assume it's the same for Samsung Galaxy S8+.
