“Speed seekers and heavy video shooters will find better matches elsewhere. But if you keep your phones for years and care more about something that lasts than something that wins spec comparisons, the Redmi Note 17 5G was made for you. Buy it for the battery, and keep it for the years of updates.”
“If your priority is a phone that simply won’t die on you and will keep receiving updates for years, the Note 17 delivers exactly that. If performance or camera versatility matter more, look elsewhere in this price bracket first.”
“Priced at ₹30,999, the Redmi Note 17 sits at the upper end of the mid-range segment and is undeniably a large smartphone. Its excellent AMOLED display and exceptional battery life deliver a strong day-to-day experience, even if the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset and 128GB storage configuration appear conservative for the price. For users who value screen quality and endurance over raw performance, the Redmi Note 17 still remains an easy-to-recommend option.”
