I am having the same issue. I am unable to multitask in the sense of going from one app to another and being able to return to the previous app with out it completely restating its self. For example if you are on the web if you leave for more than 5 seconds when you return the page will refresh. This is inconvenient and a step down from the zte max pro I had before getting this phone! Wish I had a way to disable this constant refreshing!

Hi Nick. With the app closing permanently, is this happening with all of your apps? Performance may depend if you run a lot of apps. With regards to service signal, this may depend on your location, so check the service signal when you go out if it improves.

Hi there. If there's no option in Messages settings, then only way to do it is to use a 3rd party messaging app. Most of them have custom colors for messaging box.

I think you are pertaining to widgets. Go to your home screen, tap and hold on an empty part of the screen, check for widgets.

Hi Charlotte. Look for the mic icon on the keyboard to start speech to text.
