Hi there. Keep in mind that not all apps are movable to SD card. Now, if you have checked all the apps you installed and none are movable, it is because the manufacturer disabled the feature which is normal as some think that moving apps to SD card may result to instability of the phone. You can still enable this but you need to get root access first.

Hi Tiffany. Make sure you are entering the correct Google account and password and also make sure you have stable internet connection.

Hi Jeff. Try syncing your email again and see if those 5 email will be gone after.

Go to Settings > Apps > All > look for Facebook and Google Play store > Clear data both apps. If that doesn't work, I suggest reinstalling both apps.

Restart your phone, it looks like it just froze.
